Stockholders Agreement dated August 12, 1998, by and among Telemundo Holdings, Station Partners, Apollo, Bastion, SPE and Liberty (the "Previous Stockholders Agreement") substantially similar to any of the Major Decisions as defined in the Stockholders Agreement without first obtaining the consent of CTHB.
