CTF Loan definition

CTF Loan means the loan made to the Borrower by the Bank, (acting not in its individual capacity but solely as an implementing entity of the Clean Technology Fund), for purpose of the Project.
CTF Loan means a loan made available by the Implementing Entity to a Project Recipient financed from the resources of the CTF Trust Fund;

  • This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Loan Agreement and the CTF Loan Agreement become effective.

  • Funding Loan means the Funding Loan in the original maximum principal amount of $ made by Funding Lender to Governmental Lender under the Funding Loan Agreement, the proceeds of which are used by the Governmental Lender to make the Borrower Loan.

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-1, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.
