CTC Options definition
CTC Options means all issued and outstanding options (including commitments to grant options), whether vested or unvested, to acquire shares of CTC Common Stock. (aa)

Related to CTC Options
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.
Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.
Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
