CTC Network definition

CTC Network shall have the meaning set out in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
CTC Network means voice and data communication services provided by CTC to CTC's offices.
CTC Network means voice and data communication services provided by CTC to CTC's commercial customers and internal operations.

Examples of CTC Network in a sentence

  • As between CTC Network and CTC Media, the Purchaser shall purchase Shares pro rata from each of the Sellers as follows: CTC Network 59.40 % 12.375 % 14.85 % 12.375 % 99.00 % CTC Media 0.60 % 0.125 % 0.15 % 0.125 % 1.00 % Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall the Purchaser be obligated to purchase any Share unless it is able to purchase all of the Shares.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the total aggregate annual base salary payable to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement and the CTC Network Agreement, the Domashny Network Agreement and any other employment or service agreement with any Group company (collectively, the "OTHER GROUP EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS" and, individually, each an "OTHER GROUP EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT") shall not exceed the amount as determined in accordance with this clause (a).

  • Prior to producing any TV Product for any TV channel other than CTC Network, the Company must obtain the consent of CTC Network provided that such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Should the Company find it unfeasible to produce such television series or sitcom, CTC Network will be entitled to offer its production to a third party.

  • Number of free-to-air (FTA) hours: The Company shall produce and sell no less than 350 FTA hours of TV Product in the 2008 Financial Year, provided that CTC Network places orders for such number of hours itself and/or ensures such orders are placed by other TV channels.

  • CTC Network continues to offer entertainment programming targeted principally at 6-54 year-old viewers.

  • Y = 100 x (A / 0.40), where A = the Company’s revenues from the production and sale of TV Product to TV channels other than CTC Network / the Company’s revenues from the production and sale of TV Product to CTC Network, each for such Financial Year.

  • As between CTC Network and CTC Media, the Purchaser shall purchase Shares pro rata from each of the Sellers as follows: CTC Network 79.20 % 19.80 % 99.00 % CTC Media 0.80 % 0.20 % 1.00 % Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall the Purchaser be obligated to purchase any Share unless it is able to purchase all of the Shares.

  • Effective August 4, 2008, the Executive hereby resigns the following positions: Chief Executive Officer of the Company; General Director of CTC Network and General Director of Domashny Network.

Related to CTC Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, generally used in large, densely populated metropolitan areas.
