CTAT definition

CTAT means the CMU software known as the “Cognitive Tutor Authoring Tool”, internally identified at CMU as “CMU File #2010-017” as the same may be modified or supplemented from time to time. By way of clarification, “CTAT” does not include the tutors created using CTAT.
