CT1 definition
CT1 means the Combustion Turbine Project No. 1, which consists of five General Electric Frame 5 simple cycle electrical generating units rated at a nominal generating capacity of 25 megawatts (MW) per unit. The units are located in three locations: one unit at the City of Lodi, two units at the City of Alameda and two units at the City of Roseville.
