CSWI Share Value definition
CSWI Share Value means the simple average of the volume weighted average per-share price of CSWI Shares trading on NASDAQ during each of the first ten full Trading Sessions immediately after the Distribution Date.
Examples of CSWI Share Value in a sentence
For purposes of Section 409A of the Code, the Capital Southwest Share Value shall be treated as the fair market value of a Capital Southwest Share immediately prior to the substitutions described in this Section 3.2(b) and the Post-Separation Capital Southwest Share Value and the CSWI Share Value shall be treated as the fair market value of a Capital Southwest Share and the fair market value of a CSWI Share, respectively, immediately after such substitutions.
