CSTR definition

CSTR means the Carbon Sequestration Tenure Regulation (A.R. 68/2011), as amended, substituted or replaced from time to time;
CSTR is specified as the Reference Rate in the applicable Pricing Supplement, subject to Condition 5.6, if, in respect of any Business Day, the Calculation Agent determines that the CSTR rate does not appear on the Relevant Screen Page, such Reference Rate shall be the CSTR for the first preceding Business Day on which the CSTR was published on the Relevant Screen Page (and “r” shall be interpreted accordingly).
CSTR means, in respect of any Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Euro short-term rate for such Business Day as provided by the European Central Bank, as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate), on the website of the European Central Bank currently at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank (the “ECB’s Website”) in each case, on or before 9:00 a.m., (Central European Time) on the Business Day immediately following such Business Day;
