None of the representations or warranties made by CSTM pursuant to this Agreement or in any Schedule hereto, when read together in their entirety together with any documents referred to therein, contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained herein or therein, in light of the circumstances made, not misleading.
