CST Acquisition definition

CST Acquisition means Parkland’s acquisition of the majority of the Canadian business and assets of CST Brands, Inc. from Couche-Tard;
CST Acquisition means the acquisition by Parent of the sensing portfolio of CST, including the Kavlico, BEI, Crydom and Newall product lines and brands, and sales, manufacturing and engineering sites in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, China and Mexico pursuant to the CST Acquisition Agreement.
