  • Ensure that all Contractor data transmissions over networks outside of the Contractor’s control are encrypted end-to-end using a vendor product that is recognized as an industry leader in meeting the needs for the intended solution, such as products specified on the CSSI, when transmitting Medi-Cal PII.

  • CSSI will continue to perform the Transfer Agent responsibilities, as shown in the Fund Service Responsibilities attachment to the Agreement.

  • If the Fund, CSSI or CDI, as applicable, does not provide such notice of dispute within the required time, the billing notice will be deemed accepted by the Fund, CSSI or CDI, respectively.

  • Each of the Funds, CSSI and CDI acknowledges that the Transfer Agent and BFDS are subject to 17 CFR 248.30(b) of Regulation S-P regarding the disposal of consumer report information and records.
