  • Assignment of the Public Charter School to another entity is deemed a material revision to the Charter and must have prior written approval of the CSRB or the SBE on appeal.

  • Further, the SBE, the CSRB, and any division of the Department of Public Instruction (hereinafter referred to as “DPI”) with oversight responsibility over the School may, in its discretion, review the operations of a charter school at any time necessary and appropriate.
