CSO Event definition

CSO Event means one or more overflows from the Combined Sewer System that does not receive minimum treatment as the result of a precipitation event.
CSO Event means one or more untreated overflows from the Combined Sewer System as a result of a precipitation event.
CSO Event means one or more CSOs from the City’s collection system as the result of a precipitation event following a period of at least 24 hours during which no CSO has discharged. A single precipitation event that causes multiple CSO discharges shall constitute one CSO Event.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • ▇▇▇▇ Event means if there are any Mortgaged Properties at such time, any increase, extension or renewal of any of the Commitments or Loans (but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of borrowings, (ii) the making of any Loan or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit).

  • Liquidity Event of Default means the occurrence of either (a) the Acceleration of all of the Equipment Notes or (b) an American Bankruptcy Event.

  • Acquisition Event means a merger or consolidation in which the Company is not the surviving entity, any transaction that results in the acquisition of all or substantially all of the Company’s outstanding Common Stock by a single person or entity or by a group of persons and/or entities acting in concert, or the sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets.

  • Switch Event Date means the date recorded in the Registry as being the date on which a trader assumes responsibility for an ICP;
