CSMS means “Cloud Services & Managed Services”; The term “Solution” is used interchangeably in this RfP meaning the combination of “Cloud and Managed Services
CSMS or "Custom Software Modification" means the special ---- application software modules specified in Exhibit B, as supplemented from time to time, that USSI may develop for Distributor.
