  • The Company has made available to CSLC a true and complete copy of each report, schedule, registration statement and definitive proxy statement filed by the Company with the SEC since September 1, 1997 (as such documents have been amended to date, the "Company SEC Documents") which constitute all the documents (other than preliminary material) that the Company was required to file with the SEC since such date.
