CSL2 definition

CSL2 means our subsidiary, Cotai Strip Lot 2 Apart Hotel (Macau) Limited, a public company limited by shares (“sociedade anónima”) incorporated on October 27, 2008 under the laws of Macao.

Examples of CSL2 in a sentence

  • The Supplier will inform PVS immediately if it is deprived of its certification, and a notification duty also arises if a Supplier is subject to special conditions at the instigation of a third-party customer (CSL1 CSL2 or other such process).

  • In the event that the Supplier does not attend the meeting to sign the Agreement Report for CSL2, the SAPA QC and PRO will, in any case, issue a Report to the Supplier, giving a copy to the SAPA plants concerned.

  • Components shipped under CSL1 or CSL2 shall be marked with a mutually agreed upon identification method.

  • As discussed at the Special On Train Functional Council held on 2 December 2021, the exceptional circumstances are: • Emergency incident / significant security event (bomb / roving attack / train derailment, responding to a significant safety incident at station etc.) • Significant degraded working arrangements leading to crew displacement e.g., CSL2 (customer service level 2) incident.

  • The Supplier will be removed from the escalation module into status CSL1 und CSL2 after a mutually agreed period in which the effectiveness of the Supplier's corrective actions has been verified and the prod- uct quality complies with the agreed level over an agreed period.

  • The detailed inspection is an addition to normal controls, and can be implemented in two levels CSL1 & CSL2.

  • External costs incurred by forteq (third party containment - CSL2 - , sorting, rework and scrap at end- customer facility, potential end- customer administrative fees, and all other related end- customer complaint costs i.e. line stops, lawsuits, recalls etc.) which are related to the non-conformity that is found to be the responsibility of the supplier will be charged back to the supplier.

  • If there is no progress concerning the actions agreed, a management meeting shall be conducted and based on the results the supplier could be set to CSL2.
