CSL Losses definition
CSL Losses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
Examples of CSL Losses in a sentence
Interiors shall be entitled to indemnification by CSL for Interiors Losses, and CSL shall be entitled to indemnification by Interiors for CSL Losses in respect of a breach of any of the respective representations or warranties made by CSL or Interiors hereunder, only in respect of claims for which notice of claim shall have been given on or before June 30, 2000.
