For the avoidance of doubt, the exclusivity provisions of this Agreement shall not apply with respect to Customer’s IPTV-only Subscribers (as defined below) and Customer shall not be required to use the Exclusive Services, or any other CSG Services in connection with any such Subscribers.
For each project that Customer desires CSG to undertake, Customer will complete the CSG Services Request Form (“SRF”) (a “Trigger Document”) in the form approved by the Parties from time-to-time.

Note 2: CSG and Customer agree that the pricing set forth in the table IX directly above under CSG Services is in anticipation that Customer will utilize DSX – Full Service Version in excess of ***** active and unique named users per *****, which shall include CSG and ******.
