  • In that event, the Board will have no further obligation to the CSFO except salary and benefits accrued before the resignation.

  • The examining physician or physicians shall provide a confidential report to the Board regarding whether or not the CSFO is able to perform his duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • The CSFO shall obtain and maintain a valid and appropriate certificate to act as CSFO in the State of Alabama and meet the requirements to serve in that capacity set out in Alabama Code §16-13A-4(d) .
