CSFAs definition
CSFAs means Community Subproject Financial Agents, the financial institutions referred to in Section 3.05 (b) of this Agreement, appointed by the Borrower, through MDA (as hereinafter defined), to act as the Borrower’s financial agents in respect of Part B of the Project;
