CSEP Meter definition
CSEP Meter means a Meter which measures the volume of gas offtaken at a CSEP where “CSEP” has the meaning given in the Uniform Network Code. Customer means each customer (being a Crown body or Non-Crown Body) that: (i) has entered into a Customer Contract with the Supplier; and/or (ii) is an Existing Customer (to which Clauses 3.10 and 3.11 apply). Customer Access Agreement means the agreement between the Authority and a Customer under which the Authority procures the Services and Additional Services for that Customer. Customer Administration Services means the services to be provided in accordance with Schedule 5 and the Customer Contracts. Customer Contract means the binding agreement entered into by the Supplier and a Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Agreement, which shall be substantially in the form set out in the model contract in Schedule 2. Customer Contact Programme means the programme prepared by the Authority which describes how and when communication between the Supplier and the Customers shall take place.
