  • If O2 fails to comply with the previous sentence, in addition to any other consideration in this Letter Agreement, CSEI (or its assigns) shall be entitled to receive Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) in "value" of additional shares of O2 common stock as a penalty for failing to comply with the registration obligations with respect to the Initial Shares.
