CSD Register definition

CSD Register means the Company’s central securities depository and registrar in respect of such Convertible Bonds from time to time, initially VPS, or another party replacing it as CSD, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
CSD Register means the central securities depository register (Sw. avstämningsregister), kept by Euroclear as set forth in the Swedish Act on Account-keeping of Financial Instruments (1998:1479);
CSD Register means the register maintained by the CSD for the purposes of registering and identifying the Bondholders;

More Definitions of CSD Register

CSD Register means the register in which the Notes are registered, maintained by the CSD, in accordance with the CSD Regulations;
CSD Register means the central securities depository register (Sw. avstämningsregister) kept by Euroclear Sweden AB, reg. no. 556112-8074, where the Shares are registered;

  • Loan Register The meaning specified in Section 5.3(k).

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • principal register means the register of members of the Company maintained at such place within or outside the Cayman Islands as the Board shall determine from time to time.
