CSD Manager definition

CSD Manager means the person for the time being appointed by the Bank to hold the office of Manager CSD and any person or persons to whom he may have delegated authority to perform on his behalf any one or more of the acts or functions which he is authorized or required to perform by this Agreement or the CSD Dealing Rules, to the intent that performance by any such person of any such act or function shall be taken as performance thereof by the CSD Manager;

  • Lead Manager means a merchant banker registered with the Board and appointed by the issuer to manage the issue and in case of a book built issue, the lead manager(s) appointed by the issuer shall act as the book running lead manager(s) for the purposes of book building;
