CSD Funds definition
CSD Funds means the Funds, as listed in the Global Supplement which settle through a Central Securities Depository other than an International Central Securities Depositary. "Data Protection Legislation" means from 25 May 2018 onwards, the EU data protection regime introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679). "Depositary" means Citi Depositary Services Ireland Designated Activity Company or any successor thereto duly appointed with the prior approval of the Central Bank as the depositary of the "Depositary Agreement" means the agreement between the ICAV, the Depositary and the Distributor dated 30 September 2020, effective from 00.01a.m. on 1 October 2020, as may be amended,supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
