• Each Credit Union shall provide overdraft protection for its Settlement Account to further ensure that CSCU and/or Certegy shall be able to make the transfers necessary under this section.

• Certegy shall permit those governmental agencies that 7.3 regulate and examine CSCU and the Credit Unions to examine Certegy and its books and records to the same extent as if the Services were being performed by CSCU or the Credit Unions on their own premises.
