CSC TAX definition
CSC TAX means any Tax imposed on the income, properties or operations of any member of the Company's Group; and (C) the term "CSC TAX RETURN" means any Tax Return of any member of the CSC Group including, without limitation, consolidated federal income tax returns of the CSC Group.
