Examples of CSC RSUs in a sentence

  • CSC shall be responsible for all Liabilities associated with CSC RSUs, including any share delivery, registration or other obligations related to the settlement of the CSC RSUs.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Restricted Shares shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Other Share-Based Awards means Awards consisting of Share units, or other Awards, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Shares.
