CSC Employees means certain employees of the Seller's Customer Service Center who (i) render services with respect to the Packaged Gas Business, (ii) are not Aligned Employees, Retained Employees, Sales Employees or Unaligned Employees and (iii) are set forth on Schedule DEF-7 hereto.
