Examples of CSC Director in a sentence

  • With respect to any CSC Director, CSC shall be responsible for the payment of any fees payable in respect of service on the board of directors of CSC that are earned at any time beginning at or after the Effective Time, and Computer Sciences GS shall not have any responsibility for any such payments.
