CSAs means the Canadian Securities Administrators;
CSAs means the Canadian provincial securities regulatory authorities;
CSAs means the cognizant security agencies with respect to any business of the Company that is subject to the NISPOM Rule, including the Department of Defense, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy.
