CSA Value definition
CSA Value means, for any CSA Valuation Date or other date for which CSA Value is calculated: (1) with respect to Eligible Credit Support or a Qualifying Asset that is (a) an amount of cash, the Base Currency Equivalent of such amount multiplied by the applicable CSA Valuation Percentage; or (b) a security, the Base Currency Equivalent of the bid price obtained by the CSA Valuation Agent multiplied by the applicable CSA Valuation Percentage; and (2) with respect to items that are not Eligible Credit Support or a Qualifying Asset, zero.
