CSA Contractor means the GE contracting entity or entities as defined in the CSA Contract.

To the extent that Contractor fails to pay any undisputed charge when due and payable and such failure shall continue for Forty-Five (45) days after receipt of written notice thereof from CSA, Contractor shall be considered to be in default of this Contract and CSA may terminate this Contract and any other agreements with the Contractor.
