C&S Contract definition

C&S Contract means that Supply, Distribution and Related Services Agreement, dated as of May 29, 2011, by and between the Borrower and C&S, as amended, amended and restated, modified, supplemented, extended or replaced from time to time to the extent permitted by this Agreement.

  • If Contractor is unable to provide the required services on a specific date identified by the CS Contract Manager as a date the Contractor’s services are required, Contractor forfeits reimbursement for that date.

  • If the ECM Provider subcontracts with other entities to administer ECM functions, the ECM Provider shall ensure agreements with each entity bind the entities to the terms and conditions set forth here and that its Subcontractors comply with all requirements in these Standardized Terms and Conditions and the DHCS-MCP ECM CS Contract.

  • CS Contract Manager will provide an on-call schedule in advance to the Contractor when coverage or assistance is indicated.

  • As scheduled by CS Contract Manager, Contractor agrees to provide medical care service coverage on a 24-hour basis, up to seven (7) days per week or as needed when the CS physician is not available or needs additional assistance.

Related to C&S Contract

  • Project Contract means any Contract, excluding this Agreement and, as and when executed, the Ancillary Agreements [reserved], to which Seller is a party, or by which Seller or any of the Project Assets is bound, that relates to or has the primary purpose of supporting the Work or the Project, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is granted a real property or other interest in the Project Site (in whole or in part) or is licensed or granted the right to use, or holds or possesses, any Project Intellectual Property Rights.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • works contract means a contract for building, construction, fabrication, completion, erection, installation, fitting out, improvement, modification, repair, maintenance, renovation, alteration or commissioning of any immovable property wherein transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) is involved in the execution of such contract;

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
