Crystallization Frequency definition
Crystallization Frequency means the frequency at which the accrued Variable Management Fee, if any, becomes payable to the Management Company. It is set for one year, except in the case of the launch of a new Sub-Fund or creation of a new Share Class, where the minimum Crystallisation Frequency for the first Reference Period is increased by a period equal to the remainder of the financial year in progress at the date of launch or creation.
