Crypto Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(g).
Examples of Crypto Interest in a sentence
Within three (3) Business Days of the end of each six-calendar-month period (as applicable, each, a “Crypto Interest Payment Date”), the Company shall pay any outstanding accrued Crypto Interest Amount as of such applicable Crypto Interest Payment Date to the Holder in cash or BTC (as defined in the Security Agreement) to the wallet address provided by the Holder and the Holder shall be entitled to 50% of the Crypto Rewards earned by the Company in respect of the Purchased Tokens.
