Crude Unit definition

Crude Unit means the crude unit and vacuum tower located at the Refinery ---------- and collectively designated AVU-146.
Crude Unit means the primary Refinery distillation unit into which crude oil is fed at atmospheric pressure conditions to separate crude oil components (including mixtures of other hydrocarbons) into various fractions by continuously vaporizing and condensing the components.
Crude Unit means the No. 2 Crude Unit constructed as part of the Capital Improvement Program.

  • TLO will make best commercial efforts to coordinate major scheduled maintenance projects or other planned Dock outages with the Refinery's #50 Crude Unit turnaround schedule.

  • To the extent that ▇▇▇▇▇ R&M does not exercise its right to use all Excess Hydrocracker Capacity on any day during such calendar quarter, ▇▇▇▇▇ R&M shall ensure that pro rata portions of ▇▇▇▇▇ Company-owned and ▇▇▇▇▇ R&M-owned VGO produced by the Crude Unit on such day are used to fill the remaining Excess Hydrocracker Capacity of the Hydrocracker.

  • As a result of the OPEX and CAPEX adjustments for the Applicable Assets at ▇▇▇▇▇ Cross on October 1, 2017, the Tolling Fees for the ▇▇▇▇▇ Cross Applicable Assets at October 1, 2017 were readjusted as follows: Crude Unit 2: $2.6142/BBL; FCC Unit 2: $12.6614/BBL; and Polymerization Unit: $9.2925/BBL.
