Crude Ore definition

Crude Ore means Products that have not, except for sizing or crushing, been subject to further processing or concentrating;

Examples of Crude Ore in a sentence

  • Payment for any deemed sale (i.e., through forward sale, loans, futures trading, etc.) of any Crude Ore or Concentrates during a calendar quarter shall be made on the Payment Date following the calendar quarter during which production of Crude Ore or Concentrates actually occurs.

  • If Crude Ore or Concentrates are sold or transferred by Minera to an Affiliate, they shall be deemed sold by Minera at the time of delivery to the Affiliate, and the Net Smelter Returns shall mean an amount equal to that which would have been received by Minera from a bona fide third party purchaser in an arms-length transaction for an identical product less Transportation Costs, Processing Costs and Extraction Taxes incurred by Minera.

  • Bolsa shall at all times production is occurring upon the Initial Bolsa Real Property Assets accurately weigh, measure and sample in accordance with customary industry practices for precious metals mines, all Crude Ore or other material including products developed from ore or other material, and all Concentrates,to the end that accurate and complete records and reports are made and retained to ascertain the quantity of ores and minerals recovered and removed from the Initial Bolsa Real Property Assets.

  • Such Crude Ore or Concentrates shall be deemed sold at the time the Proceeds are received by Minera.

  • If Crude Ore or Concentrates are sold or transferred by Bolsa to an Affiliate, the "Net Smelter Returns" shall mean an amount equal to that which would have been received by Bolsa from a bona fide third party purchaser in an arms-length transaction for an identical product less Transportation Costs, Processing Costs and Extraction Taxes incurred by Bolsa.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.

  • iron ore pellets means iron ore in pellet or other form produced by Pelletisation or more advanced reduction or other more advance treatment process from iron bearing material mined from the mining areas.

  • smelter means an electrolytic reduction plant for the conversion of alumina to aluminium using alumina produced from bauxite;

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Diesel means a distillate oil which can be used as fuel for the operation of a compression ignition engine and which has an approximate boiling temperature of between 150 °C to 400 °C;

  • iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;

  • Distiller means a person engaged in the business of

  • ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.

  • fine ore means iron ore which has an average pure iron content of not less than sixty per cent. (60%) which will pass through a one half (½) inch mesh screen and which is sold without concentration or other beneficiation other than crushing and screening;

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.
