Crude Bitumen definition

Crude Bitumen means a naturally occurring viscous mixture, mainly of hydrocarbons heavier than pentane, that may contain sulphur compounds and that, in its naturally occurring viscous state, will not flow to a well;

  • A Royalty Owner may, upon reasonable notice to Township and at the Royalty Owners' own expense, audit the books, records and accounts of Township with respect to the production of Crude Bitumen attributable to the Royalty Lands for any calendar year within the twenty-four (24) month period next following the end of such calendar year.
