CRS Services definition

CRS Services means all of the information, data, services, features and functions of the WORLDSPAN System made available to all Travel Agent customers of WORLDSPAN from time to time.
CRS Services or “CRS” shall mean, excluding Internal Reservations Services and Airline Support Services, respectively: (i) the provision of systems for the collection, storage, processing, display and distribution through communication networks of information concerning industry alternatives for transportation, lodging and/or other travel-related products and services of entities which enable subscribers or users of automatic ticketing machines to: (1) reserve or otherwise confirm the use of such products and services; (2) report or receive payment for or otherwise clear transactions regarding such products and services; or (3) issue tickets for the acquisition or use of such products and services; and (ii) any such system.
CRS Services means the provision to Travel Agencies of systems and services for the computerized display or distribution of travel-related products and services (excluding cargo services); provided, however, that CRS Services shall not be deemed to include Internal Reservations Services. “Cured” has, with respect to any failure to meet any Intermediate Performance Standard or Minimum Performance Standard, the meaning indicated in Section 3 or 4, as applicable, of Schedule 2.2 hereto with respect to that Intermediate Performance Standard or Minimum Performance Standard.

More Definitions of CRS Services

CRS Services means the information, products, services and related functionality provided through a computer system that collects, stores, processes, displays and distributes through workstations, the Internet or interactive devices information concerning air and ground transportation, lodging and/or other travel-related products and services which enable subscribers of the services to do any of the following: (i) access, reserve or otherwise confirm the use of such information, products and services; (ii) report or receive payment for or otherwise clear transactions regarding such products and services; or (iii) issue tickets for the acquisition of such products and services; but shall not include Internal Reservation Services. “Internal Reservation Services” as used herein, means the provision of services associated with the presentation by a vendor of its own travel-related products, services or information, of its own schedules, fares, rules or information provided with respect to the seats or services or products of such vendor which it holds out as available for sale at any time and the reservation, ticketing or sale of such vendor’s own products and services through reservations facilities that are owned or leased and operated by such vendor or its affiliates and/or via such vendor’s internet site. Currency Compliant means, as to any software, that it operates with any data denominated in the currency of any geographic location where the Services are performed by Provider or received by Customer Group in the same manner as it operates with data denominated in U.S. dollars, without any material performance or functionality degradation Customer means Sabre GLBL Inc.
CRS Services has the meaning assigned to it in the Technology License Agreement.
CRS Services means the definition set forth in Section 2.1.

Related to CRS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.
