Either CRRC or Test Farm may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other in the event of the other’s insolvency, fraud, willful misconduct, or substantial breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by CRRC, without cause, by giving at least five (5) calendar days advance written notice of termination to Test Farm.
