:CRQ. CUE TECHNOLOGY" means DCCI's proprietary software, hardware or other technology, and any Intellectual Property related thereto, used to transmit :Cues in a television signal and to allow personal computers programmed with the :CRQ Software to automatically access or be directed to Linked Websites (including, without limitation, the :CRQ Software, the Encoding Hardware, the :Cue Audio Component and the :Cue Visual Service ▇▇▇▇).

  • This document consistently references the concept of Electronic Information Exchange Partners (EIEP); however, our Compliance Review Questionnaire (CRQ) and Security Design Plan (SDP) documents will use the terms “state agency” or “state agency, contractor(s), and agent(s)” for clarity.

  • If Company is properly notified in accordance with Annex E – Company CRQ Process (via email to Company’s designated NOC contact to suffice) of a “planned outage”, the parties agree that any Trouble Tickets that results from such a planned outage shall not be considered as a Faults, to the extent that such planned outages are limited to three (3) occurrences per Quarter and are in each case completed within an agreed-upon maintenance window.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, DCCI hereby indemnifies and shall hold harmless Cross from any claims, actions, costs, losses and liabilities arising from allegations by any party unaffiliated with Cross that the :CRQ Software supplied by DCCI for use with the Pens herewith infringes a U.S. patent or copyright, or the trade secrets of any unrelated third party, and shall pay resulting costs, damages and attorney fees finally awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • During the Term, Cross will include on each page of its Pen websites DCCI's standard icon (in the form of ":C") and the accompanying software on Cross' server by which the public can download DCCI's :CRQ Software free of charge.

  • To the extent feasible, the parties will use good faith efforts to identify other opportunities for DCCI's :CRQ :Cue Technology to be used within General Electric Co. prior to DCCI's Initial Public Offering of Stock.

  • Further, the foregoing exclusivity provision shall not be construed to prevent NBC from broadcasting or otherwise exhibiting advertisements into which an advertiser may have incorporated technology, whether produced or developed by the advertiser or a third party, which DCCI may deem to be similar to the :CRQ :Cue Technology.
