The provisions of any other Clauses or Panel Agreement Schedules not listed in Clause 45.1 which do confer benefits on any Panel Customers may be enforced by such Panel Customers by virtue of the CRPTA.
PTA means the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, a statutory body corporate established under Section 3 of the Act, and its predecessors and successors;
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
AHPRA means The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. AHPRA is responsible for regulating Australia’s registered health practitioners.
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.
EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization
