CrowdStrike is inclusive of the applicable CrowdStrike Affiliate when: (i) Applicable Laws require a direct relationship between the CrowdStrike Affiliate and the Customer with respect to data protection agreements, and (ii) the CrowdStrike Affiliate Processes Customer Personal Data. CrowdStrike represents that it is duly and effectively authorized (or will be subsequently ratified) to act on the CrowdStrike Affiliate’s behalf;
