If the Company accepts the Lender investment, in whole or in part, except as otherwise set forth on the Crowdfund Mainstreet platform, this Agreement will constitute an irrevocable commitment by the Lender to purchase the Note, and a copy of this Agreement will be executed by the Company and returned to the Lender.
