Crowd means a large group of people that are gathered or considered together temporarily for a common interest or purpose, where the propensity for collective participation, not merely observation, exists.

• Subject to compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws (including the restrictions described in the legends to this Crowd Note), this Crowd Note and all rights hereunder are transferable in whole or in part by the Investor to any person or entity upon written notice to the Company.

• Crowd Control Frequently fails to take steps to control crowd or deal effectively with family and bystanders.
