Crossing time definition

Crossing time means the duration of the passage between the port of origin and the final destination for each of the routes (Naples-Cagliari, Cagliari-Naples, Cagliari-Palermo or Palermo-Cagliari). The quality improvement indicator qT is tended to reward the effective offering by the navigation company of crossing times which are as short as possible, arriving in advance of the scheduled arrival time against a punctual departure from the port of origin. Maximum objective: at least 30 minutes early where: • TCT = total number of crossings carried out as a whole during each regulatory period • T-30 = number of courses with arrival at least 30 minutes before the schedule time • qTmax = 1
