Crossing Point(s) definition

Crossing Point(s) means the point(s) where the Crossing Pipeline crosses and passes above the Affected Pipeline at the following preliminary coordinates: Easting Northing
Crossing Point(s) means those point(s), the approximate locations of which are defined in accordance with the procedure as laid out in Article 3, and as shown in Appendix B, where the Crossing Cable will cross the Affected Cable.
Crossing Point(s) means any crossing point authorised by the competent authorities of the United Kingdom for the crossing of external borders.
