Cross Shopping definition

Cross Shopping means the accepting for payment by CHRS Businesses of the Accounts and the reciprocal accepting for payment by Company of Bank’s accounts corresponding to the CHRS Businesses. See also Schedule 3.1.
Cross Shopping means the reciprocal honoring, by different AMO Businesses, of Accounts corresponding to other AMO Businesses. See also Schedule 3.1.
