Cross Shopping definition

Cross Shopping means the accepting for payment by CHRS Businesses of the Accounts and the reciprocal accepting for payment by Company of Bank’s accounts corresponding to the CHRS Businesses. See also Schedule 3.1.

Examples of Cross Shopping in a sentence

  • Company may use such information in connection with maintaining and servicing the Accounts; furthermore, Company may use it to market to the Cardholders its Goods and/or Services, its business in general or any CHRS Business engaged in Cross Shopping, but in any event only as permitted by Applicable Law.
