Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-11”).
Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;
Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;
Table means the table at the end of this §4a.
Reference plane means a plane which is displaced from and parallel to the tomographic plane.
HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (i) in relation to the first day of any given calendar month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third calendar month preceding such month, and (ii) in relation to a day D (other than the first day) in any given month ("M"), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third calendar month preceding such month ("M – 3") and the second calendar month preceding such month ("M – 2") calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.
Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.
Emission Summary Table means the table prepared in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document listing the appropriate Point of Impingement concentrations of each Compound of Concern from the Facility and providing comparison to the corresponding Ministry Point of Impingement Limit or Maximum Concentration Level Assessment.
Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the
Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by shares contained in Schedule 1 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the adoption of these articles;
CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Reference means the basic function of providing information about library and state archives of Iowa materials and making the materials available for research.
Replacement Reference Rate means a reference rate which is:
SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and
Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);
designated sector means a sector, sub-sector or industry that has been designated by the Department of Trade and Industry in line with national development and industrial policies for local production, where only locally produced services, works or goods or locally manufactured goods meet the stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content;
Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.
Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.
Line section means either that portion of an EDU's electric system connected to a customer bounded by automatic sectionalizing devices, the end of the distribution line, or a line segment identified as appropriate for study by a utility engineer.
subheading means the first six-digits in the tariff classification number under the Harmonized System.
CMS Reference Banks means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, the principal office of five leading swap dealers in the inter-bank market, (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, the principal London office of five leading swap dealers in the London inter-bank market, (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollars, the principal New York City office of five leading swap dealers in the New York City inter-bank market, or (iv) in the case of any other Reference Currency, the principal Relevant Financial Centre office of five leading swap dealers in the Relevant Financial Centre inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent.

Headings mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonised System" or "HS";
